Want to see your accountant doing cartwheels at tax time?  Check out these hot tips from De-Clutter Queen and Professional Organiser Kat Tate, of Kat & Kaboodle.  Can't possibly think of a more disturbing image than your accountant doing cartwheels?  Read on anyway!

Some of you know I was a calculator-toting accountant in my previous incarnation....and although I was never really a tax accountant, I do know what gets their beige knickers in a knot - disorganised records!

Now before you say "who cares" and throw your jumbled mess of receipts and invoices into a shoebox, hear this: disorganised records cost you money.  The longer it takes for accountants to sort through your mess, the more they will bill you.

So follow these tips: Tax Time Tips: how to make tax time less taxing!, get your records organised, and I guarantee that your accountant will love you for it.  However there are no guarantees that they will lower your bill (unless you ask).....after all they are accountants ;)
