Along with water features, the colour red has a significant influence in Feng Shui as it activates the unseen energies in a space regardless of whether the energy is positive or negative.

There is no simple rule about the colour red being good or bad for your Feng Shui, as this really depends upon the energy map of your home or office. This is determined by a flying star analysis in a traditional Feng Shui consultation.

If you're experiencing lots of obstacles and misfortune I'd recommend that you try relocating your red objects. On the other hand if business is going swimmingly, the red objects might just be helping you along!

http://fengshuiconcepts.com.au/blog/feng-shui-for-your-office/#PageComment_571 Some fantastic tips :) While I always have a clutter-free desk (of course!) I've now moved my desk so that I have a wall behind me and placed a mirror so I can see the door.

One thing I want to know is about the colour red. Is it bad to have red in your workspace?
